Two-axle central axle low loader with tiltable cargo floor
This central axle low loader, or tipping trailer, is highly suitable for transporting small and medium-sized earth-moving machines, excavators, pavers, rollers, road construction equipment, containers, and building materials. The useful payload ranges from 8 to 15 tons. These trailers are mainly used by companies that transport their own equipment behind the truck.
Thanks to the tiltable cargo floor, you can load quickly and efficiently. The tilting process is smooth, using a patented pneumatic system that utilizes the air pressure from the brake circuit.
This means there’s no hassle with hydraulic power or cylinders.
A vehicle with a tiltable cargo floor offers the following advantages compared to the fixed system with long loading ramps:

Since the full length of the cargo floor is used, along with the short ramps as a loading slope, it is longer than conventional loading ramps. The loading angle is therefore much lighter.

When driving tracked machines onto the trailer, there is no sharp angle where the machine could tip. The cargo floor itself tilts down, adding extra safety.

The weight distribution is always correct. It’s the machine's center of gravity that brings the cargo floor back to a flat position.
